Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (for digital services and goods).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (eleven11artcore, Bernd Bienentreu, Basedowstrasse 9, 99610 Sömmerda, Germany, Email: info@eleven11artcore.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital data/downloads not stored on a tangible medium if we have begun the execution of the contract (i.e. generating your downloads and dispatching them to your email address) after you:
- Have expressly agreed that we begin the execution of the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
- Have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent at the start of the execution of the contract.
By checking the corresponding checkbox in our checkout, you agree to this waiver. Therefore, completed digital downloads are non-refundable.
Exclusion & Return of Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom photo prints uploaded by the user or non-catalog custom sizes made-to-order).
Standard fine art poster prints and physical upgrades purchased from our catalog in pre-defined sizes are fully eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. In case of withdrawal, you must return the physical goods to us.
Please note: The customer bears the immediate costs of returning the physical goods.
