Downloads & Limits
How many times can I download my purchased digital artworks?
You can download each purchased image a total of **3 times** as the original master file. With each download attempt, your customer account will display how many attempts remain (e.g., "2 of 3 attempts remaining").
Urgent Notice: Please download your files promptly and save them securely on your computer or an external storage medium.
My download link has expired or my download limit has been reached. What can I do?
Your digital downloads are available in your customer account for **30 days** after purchase, provided the limit of 3 downloads has not been reached. After the third download or the expiration of the 30 days, the download link will be locked.
If you did not back up your files in time, simply contact us by email at info@eleven11artcore.com, stating your order number. Our concierge support will gladly reactivate the download for you manually.
How long do I have access to my Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
Your **Certificate of Authenticity (COA)** remains available in your customer account **for a lifetime** with no download restrictions. You can retrieve your certificate as a PDF file at any time.
What is the resolution of the downloaded files and can I print them in large formats?
All master files are delivered in exact 14K resolution (300 DPI) in premium lossless formats. They are specifically optimized for large-scale, museum-quality physical prints (e.g., acrylic glass, metal prints, or gallery canvas). You can use your master file at any professional high-end printing lab of your choice to produce breathtaking physical gallery pieces.
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Physical Print Production & Shipping:
Content Restrictions by Print Providers: Due to the provocative or "dark" thematic nature of some of our artworks, certain commercial printing services may occasionally refuse to produce physical copies based on their internal content guidelines. We are actively working hard to establish partnerships with dedicated fine-art printing facilities that respect artistic freedom and will produce our entire catalog. However, in cases where a physical print is rejected by a provider, we can only offer the digital master file for that specific artwork.
International Customs & Import Laws: Please be aware of your country's specific import regulations and cultural restrictions. An artwork that is entirely unproblematic in Europe may face confiscation or legal issues at customs in regions with stricter moral or legal regulations (e.g., in some Middle Eastern countries). The customer bears the sole and full responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, and ensuring that the artwork complies with local laws.
Licenses & Usage Rights
What licensing models are available and what am I permitted to do with them?
We offer two straightforward licensing models. We explicitly do **not offer exclusive licenses**, as all commercial licenses are fully transferable and sub-licensable:
- Private License (Private Use): Included in the base artwork price. Permits usage for purely personal purposes (e.g., as a desktop wallpaper or for personal poster printing at home). Commercial use or reselling is strictly excluded.
- Commercial License (Commercial Use): Permits full commercial utilization for projects such as web design, marketing materials, book covers, or physical merchandise. Under this license, **everything is permitted** except modifying the graphic content or altering the artwork itself. Reselling the unaltered image file including its license is explicitly allowed.
Resell & Transfer
Am I allowed to resell my purchased license?
**Yes, absolutely.** We actively support and encourage the secondary market and resale of our art licenses. If you acquire a commercial license, you are free to resell and transfer it to a third party later.
How does the license transfer to a new buyer work?
The transfer process is straightforward and completed directly via your customer account:
- Log in to your customer account and navigate to the dashboard.
- Find the certificate of the license you wish to transfer.
- Click **"Transfer"** next to the download button.
- Enter the email address of the new owner.
- Our system sends a secure claim invitation link to the buyer. The buyer inputs their own details (name, address) and accepts the terms (GDPR compliant) to claim the license. A new Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with a fresh UUID is then generated.
Important: Once the transfer is claimed by the buyer, your own usage rights to the image immediately expire, and the original file will no longer be available for download in your account.

For fast and secure processing, we highly recommend **SEPA Instant Bank Transfer**. Since payments arrive in seconds, your license and download are unlocked automatically and instantly without delay. Standard bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to clear and unlock.
Important note on automatic name matching (Confirmation of Payee):
European banks automatically match the recipient name you enter with the actual owner of the target account. If your bank displays a warning like **"Details match closely"** or **"Recipient name differs slightly"** during the transfer (e.g., due to minor differences in umlauts, special characters, or uppercase/lowercase letters), this is completely harmless. Simply select **"Accept suggestion"** in your online banking or approve the transfer as usual. The funds will be securely credited to the correct recipient account.
Please also ensure that your own sender name registered with your bank matches the name provided during checkout exactly to ensure fully automated payment matching.
Why do you not offer direct PayPal checkouts?
Since we offer artworks in the field of figurative and aesthetic figure drawing (Adult Art), PayPal restricts direct processing for digital art of this nature under their guidelines. To ensure secure and immediate transactions, we utilize direct SEPA bank transfers and secure cryptocurrency payments.
