1. Digital Art Downloads (No Refunds)
Final Sale: Due to the immediate and intangible nature of digital art downloads, all sales of digital files are final.
Consent to Lose Right of Withdrawal: By completing your purchase and initiating the delivery/download of the digital file, you agree that your right of withdrawal (withdrawal/refund right) is waived.
Download Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your files, please contact us at info@eleven11artcore.com with your Order ID, and we will assist you or manually deliver the files.
2. Physical Upgrades & Poster Prints
For orders containing physical upgrades (such as fine art poster prints, frames, or acrylic mounts):
14-Day Right of Return: In accordance with our cancellation policy, standard catalog poster prints in pre-defined sizes can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer bears the immediate costs of returning physical goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Damaged in Transit or Production Defects: If your physical item arrives damaged, bent, or with a printing defect, we will gladly send a free replacement.
Requirement: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@eleven11artcore.com and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
3. Unauthorized Chargebacks
We strive to resolve all customer issues directly. Any unauthorized chargeback filed against a transaction will result in the immediate revocation of the art usage license and the termination of the customer's account.
