Adult Content: This Website showcases and sells digital art that may contain adult/NSFW (Not Safe For Work) themes. By continuing to use the Website, you confirm that you are of legal age and consent to viewing adult materials.

Self-Declaration for Explicit Digital Purchases: By completing this purchase, you confirm that (i) you are of legal age under the laws applicable to you, and (ii) the purchase, download, and possession of sexually explicit digital artwork is lawful at your place of residence and current location.

Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation, digital art files are made available instantly in the customer dashboard.

Download Limit (3-Times): To prevent abuse and secure data transfer, each purchased digital artwork file can be downloaded a maximum of three (3) times. The download link is active for 30 days after purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to download and secure the files on their own device or storage medium. In case of lost files, please contact support for manual delivery.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA): Your digital Certificate of Authenticity is exempt from download limits and can be retrieved from your account indefinitely (lifetime access).

All artwork purchased through this Website is subject to specific licensing agreements:

• Private License: Granted for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., private display, personal prints). You are strictly prohibited from modifying, editing, or graphically altering the image in any way. You may not distribute, print for sale, or use the art for commercial purposes.
• Commercial License: Granted for commercial applications (such as marketing, web design, merchandise, book covers). Under this license, you are allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes, provided you do not edit, modify, or graphically alter the image itself.

Under no circumstances may you claim authorship of the original design or resell the digital file in its raw format without transferring the license.

We explicitly allow and encourage the resale of our Commercial Licenses on the secondary market. If you decide to resell or transfer your commercial license to another party, you must:

1. Use the **"Transfer License"** feature inside your customer dashboard.
2. Provide the full name, email address, and physical address of the new license owner.
3. Upon submission, the license and the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) will be officially rewritten to the new owner's details.

Important: Once the transfer is completed, your own right to use the artwork immediately expires, and you must delete all copies of the digital files in your possession.

Custom Made-to-Order: All physical premium editions (Museum & Kurator sizes) are strictly produced, printed, and framed on-demand explicitly upon customer order.

Exclusion of Withdrawal: In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (right of return for "buyer's remorse") is strictly excluded for all non-prefabricated goods that are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer.

Once production has commenced, orders for physical artworks cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Physical artworks are delivered exclusively via specialized fine-art logistics (White Glove Service, e.g., Convelio).

Immediate Inspection Requirement: Upon delivery, the customer (or their authorized representative) is obligated to personally inspect the artwork while the couriers are present.

Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer the moment the artwork is delivered, unpacked, and the delivery protocol is signed. By signing the protocol without noting any defects, the customer legally confirms that the artwork was received in flawless condition. Subsequent claims for transport damages (e.g., scratches, frame damage) are categorically excluded. Any damages must be documented immediately on the courier's delivery receipt.

Because physical editions are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, any return accepted by eleven11artcore is strictly on a voluntary goodwill basis (Aufhebungsvertrag).

Should eleven11artcore, in exceptional cases, agree to a voluntary return, the following stringent conditions apply unconditionally:

• Return Shipping: The return transport must be organized and fully paid for by the customer using our specified White-Glove fine-art courier to ensure proper handling and insurance.
• Restocking Fee: Due to the customized nature, handling, value depreciation, and storage of the artwork, a Custom Production & Restocking Fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged. This fee will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

To ensure maximum security and efficiency for high-value transactions, we exclusively accept the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency: Processed securely via Plisio (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.)
• Bank Transfer: Direct SEPA Instant Transfers to our corporate bank account.

We do not accept traditional credit cards, PayPal, or checks.

eleven11artcore does not knowingly sell or ship physical goods to, and does not knowingly target its digital offerings at, the following jurisdictions: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia. Where a customer's declared delivery address, billing country, or other information indicates such a jurisdiction, eleven11artcore reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund the order without further obligation.

Digital downloads may be restricted, filtered, or blocked by internet service providers, network operators, or government authorities in certain jurisdictions, independent of any action by eleven11artcore. eleven11artcore does not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital content in every country and is not liable for access restrictions imposed by third parties or local law.
