Partition of Glass
Cobalt, oxblood and amber fields are held apart by dark lead lines, so the figure reads less as painted surface than as light assembled into form. The sitter's gaze stays level and unhurried, while the fractured panes place her behind a partition she does not acknowledge. The tension lies between transparency and division: the image offers luminosity but withholds access.
